Account

How do I create an account?

Account will be created automatically while you checkout and only if you select "create account checkbox".  You can also create an account manually using social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Gmail etc.

I do not remember my login ID . How do I get it?

Please email us with your contact number or email id used to register on the website. We might ask you for a couple of other details for further verification. If we are able to verify the authenticity, the login ID will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

I do not remember my password. How do I get it?

Click on the 'Forgot your password" link on the bottom right of the login window and follow the instructions on the screen.

Orders& Billing

How do I track the status of my order?

The order status can be checked under the user account details section. You can use the shipment tracking number provided on the order status for detailed tracking on our logistic partner's website.

Can I place an order over the Phone, WhatsApp, Email?

No, you cannot place any orders other than via online.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

Yes, you can contact us within 24 hours post placing the order either via phone, WhatsApp or Email at the details mentioned here.

Can I change my order information?

If item is not yet shipped, you can contact us to change Shipping address and contact details. To update any other details of your order, the current order need to be cancelled and a fresh order has to be placed.

If the item is shipped from our Nursery, you can neither cancel nor change any order details.

Can I change mybilling address?

Yes, you can contact us within 24hours post placing the order either via phone, WhatsApp or Email at the detailsprovided here. Pleasenote that after your order is shipped you cannot change any details on yourorder.

Can I customize theplant size, planter type, color, size ?

Yes, you can contact us at the details mentioned for any product customization. Please mention preferable colours, sizes, finish and other details. Kindly note that customized products are subject to stock availability and may take a day or two extra from our standard shipping times.

Payment

What are the Payment Modes Available?

We accept all payment types including UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, and Bank Transfer via the most secured and trusted Razor Pay Platform. Cash on Delivery is currently not supported on our platform.

Will you keep my credit card/debit card , UPI or Bank account details information on file?

No. We use the same third party payment systems used by popular websites like www.myntra.com, www. Etsy.com etc. These systems do not allows us to store this data in our servers and is completely secured in encrypted servers managed by payment processing company.

Do you ship outside India?

No. We do not currently deliver outside India.

Is there a minimum amount for shipping?

Yes. The minimum shipping amount is displayed at the top of our website. If the order amount is below this minimum value, a nominal shipping charge is applicable all across India.

Will my items come in one package?

Your items may or may not be delivered in one package. It all depends on the category from which you have ordered. Multiple products are packaged in different boxes for safety and we always try to dispatch single parcel.

How can I return my product?

You can raise a return or replacement request by contacting us at as details mentions in contact us page.

How do you refund the money for product returns?

For online payments the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking account.

If payment was done via Cash on Delivery we would make the refund to your Bank Account. For this we would required Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code.

Refund of your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation.

Product reviews on www.potclay.com are an optimum way to help fellow customers decide what to buy, and what to avoid. Here are tips to writing product reviews:

We always encourage you to add a sincere review of product you have used for more than 15 days. We do not allow non verified purchase reviews in our website. This is to ensure that reviews are accurate and represent the expectation of product. If we receive a negative review, we may reach out to you personally to understand further details of the review to improve our products. An outdated negative review (a month prior) do not represent the current quality of product if we have received consistent positive reviews recently.

We strive to deliver 100% quality products , but at rare circumstances there could be a product quality issue or a wrong item being dispatched. Please reach out to customer care prior writing a review as these items will be covered by our product return or exchange policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Request for cancellation of confirmed express order should be made within 12 hours of placing the Orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. Hence it becomes challenging for us to cancel them. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those Products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business Days.

Do you charge GST tax?

GST tax is charged only on the products which are taxable under Government of India.
